Your selected photo (including people, text or other personal details visible in it) is uploaded to Jilanta’s Supabase Storage. Jilanta shares the photo with TMAPI to find similar products in the supplier marketplace. If you use the optional photo object-identification feature, Jilanta also shares the photo with Google Gemini to identify products. Depending on the configured matching engine, Jilanta also shares the photo, crops and product descriptions with OpenAI or Alibaba Cloud DashScope (Qwen) to compare matches. Only send a photo you are comfortable sharing with these services.

Jilanta sends your question and relevant selected product, supplier, basket, quote or order records to OpenAI to answer your sourcing question. This can include business country, selling market, currency and personal details you type or that appear in those records. Avoid sending sensitive personal information.

Jilanta sends display text from the selected product, variants, basket, discovery or quote to OpenAI to translate it into your chosen language. Text can include personal details present in those records. Declining keeps the original content available.

Permission applies only to this send. Each later send asks again. Camera or photo-library access is separate. Declining keeps browsing, your basket, orders and human support available. A request already sent cannot be recalled here. No deletion, retention or AI-training guarantee is made here.
