Shipping is separate and comes later
Choose Jilanta Air, Jilanta Sea or your own forwarder. Jilanta freight is quoted after your cartons are received and measured.

Use the methods offered for your workspace and quotation. Every payment is confirmed by the payment provider.

Do I need to speak Chinese or have a supplier account?
No. You search in your own words. Jilanta’s team coordinates with the supplier and buys on your behalf.
Is the price I see the price I pay?
Displayed prices are Jilanta sourcing estimates. Request your price from the basket to receive an exact, time-limited goods quotation. Shipping and duties aren’t included in that goods price.
What does “minimum order” mean?
It’s the smallest quantity the supplier offers. Some options have their own minimums. Jilanta checks your selected quantities before issuing your quotation.
How do I pay?
Jilanta offers the payment methods supported for your workspace and quotation. Mobile money is available where enabled; payment is confirmed by the payment provider.
What happens if the goods are wrong?
Jilanta records the issue and shows you the available resolution options. Your named approval is needed for a quality decision. Remedies and refunds depend on the case and are confirmed by the team.
How does shipping work?
Select Jilanta Air, Jilanta Sea, or your own forwarder, for a supported destination. Jilanta freight is quoted separately after China receipt and measurement. You pay an own forwarder directly.
Can I use the web and app together?
Yes. Sign in to the same workspace to continue your searches, saved products, basket and orders. Shared result links reopen the stored discovery without another search.
