When a problem needs your approval, you see the recorded evidence and available resolution choices.
What a basic check doesn’t cover
A visual check is not laboratory testing, certification, a guarantee of performance, or exhaustive functional testing. Detailed QC, packaging or other optional services require a separate approved arrangement.
If something isn’t right
Jilanta records the finding and coordinates with the supplier. A named human approves the final quality decision. Refunds, replacements or other remedies depend on the case; the team confirms what can happen.
