JILANTA RETENTION SCHEDULE · EFFECTIVE 1 NOVEMBER 2026
How long we keep information
Terrabridge LLC keeps personal information only while its purpose or an applicable obligation requires it. The periods below are Jilanta's approved review limits and operating targets. They are not a claim that every provider copy or backup is erased at the same instant. If a technical disposal control is still being validated, we review the record manually and do not represent a request receipt as completed deletion.
| Information | Review period |
|---|---|
| Search photos and crops | One hour after creation for transient search uploads. |
| Unsaved searches and discovery history | 90 days after last activity. |
| Saved products, projects and unquoted baskets | While saved; reviewed on verified account closure. |
| Account and workspace details | While active; reviewed for removal or de-identification on verified account deletion. |
| Push device records | While registered; target removal or invalidation within 30 days after sign-out, invalidation or closure. |
| Search-completion updates | 90 days unless the linked discovery was saved. |
| Support messages and ordinary attachments | Two years after the case closes, unless needed for a documented order, dispute or legal duty. |
| Orders, quotes, payments, refunds and financial audit records | As required for applicable accounting, tax, dispute and legal duties; the working minimum for relevant Uganda/Kenya tax records is five years after the reporting period. |
| Procurement, warehouse, quality-check and handover evidence | While an order or complaint is open; necessary transaction evidence is then reviewed against the applicable record period. Nonessential photos are reviewed after 12 months. |
| Routine diagnostics and security events | 30 days for routine diagnostics; 12 months for security events, with a longer documented incident or legal hold where needed. |
| Deletion requests and restricted completion records | Two years after verified closure, unless a documented legal or audit need requires longer. |
| Backups and recipient-held copies | Subject to the actual backup cycle and the recipient’s agreement or legal obligations; no universal deletion date is promised. |
Exceptions and requests
An open order, dispute, tax requirement or documented legal hold may require a specific record to be kept longer. We restrict that record and review the reason and end condition. Shared workspace information belonging to other people is not automatically deleted with one account. At the end of a period, relevant personal fields should be removed or irreversibly de-identified unless a documented exception applies.
You may request access, correction or deletion at any time. Use the account-deletion page or email chris@jilanta.com. We assess each data class, applicable recipient and retained record, and confirm when the work is complete. See the privacy policy for the full notice.
