What a quality check covers and what it doesn’t
The included check
The team checks quantity, stated options, obvious visible damage and gross mismatch when your goods arrive in China. Basic QC is already included in the goods quotation.
When the team finds a fault
You see the recorded evidence and the resolution choices available for that case. The team does not silently accept defective goods on your behalf.
When you need a deeper test
A lab test, certification, detailed functional test or sample comparison needs a separate approved arrangement. Tell the team before purchase if your product needs one.
