Sea or air? Choosing shipping for your goods
Three clear paths
Select Jilanta Air, Jilanta Sea or your own forwarder. Air and Sea availability depends on the destination and Jilanta’s published service configuration.
Estimates before receipt
A reliable estimate needs trustworthy stored weight or packaging-volume data for the chosen goods. If that evidence is missing, the normal answer is a final quotation after receipt. An estimate is never payable.
Final Jilanta freight quotation
After receipt and quality checks, measured goods are priced using the approved rate. Your final freight quotation is separate from your goods quotation. You accept that exact version before payment.
With your own forwarder
Provide or select their China handover details. You arrange and pay them directly. Jilanta does not create a freight invoice or require proof that you paid a third party.
Read your service note
Jilanta Air/Sea tariffs to Uganda and Kenya include import duties and taxes. The forwarder handles international transport and customs clearance. Collect at their destination warehouse after they confirm clearance and collection availability. Jilanta does not offer home delivery. A freight payment is not proof of arrival or clearance; no insurance cover or delivery date is promised.
